The housekeeping was fantastic, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay.Located in the heart of Centro, it was a stone's throw away from iconic landmarks like Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace. The tours and ticket assistance provided made exploring Madrid a breeze, adding an extra layer of convenience to our trip.We loved the balcony overlooking the bustling streets, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or watching the city come to life. The free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV kept us connected and entertained during our downtime at the hotel. Will definitely be returning to this gem in Madrid.
